Owner-side data advisory
AI developers are licensing how real companies work. Find out what yours is worth.
Your CRM, tickets, job histories and playbooks hold years of hard-won judgment. AI developers now pay established companies to license de-identified copies of those records. We sit on your side of the table.

In October 2026, one AI data lab publicly committed $1 billion over 12 months to licensing operational data from established companies. Published programs describe licenses from about $100K to $2M+ for companies that qualify.

What buyers want
Buyers want the record of how your team actually gets work done.
AI agents are being trained to answer customers, run projects and close out tickets. Manuals don’t teach that. Your history of real requests, decisions and outcomes does.
Procedures and playbooks
SOPs, checklists and knowledge bases that show how work is supposed to run.
Tickets and cases
How real requests were handled, escalated and resolved, start to finish.
Project and job histories
From the first call to the final invoice, with every handoff in between.
Sales and CRM activity
How leads become customers, and why some deals stall.
Quality reviews
What good looks like in your business, and how your team fixes what isn’t.
Connected systems
Records that link across tools are worth more than any one tool alone.
Depth beats volume. A company with years of connected, well-documented workflows often matters more to buyers than one with simply more files.
How it works
Four steps, and you approve every one.
You start with answers, not files. Your records stay in your systems until you decide otherwise, in writing.

FAQ
Questions owners ask first
Are AI companies really paying businesses for their data?
Yes. Several AI developers now run formal programs that license de-identified operational records from established companies to train and test AI agents. The market is new and moving fast, which is why independent advice before you commit matters.
Do we give up ownership of our data?
Licensing typically grants a buyer the right to use agreed data for agreed purposes, not ownership. Terms still vary widely, including resale rights, how long the license lasts and what happens when it ends. Those details deserve careful review with your attorney.
Will you see or store our records?
No. Our screen starts with how your business and systems are organized. We never take custody of your data, and nothing is shared with any buyer without your written approval.
How much is our data worth?
It depends on what you have, how complete and connected it is, what you have the right to license and current buyer demand. Anyone quoting a firm number before reviewing those factors is guessing. We give you an informed estimated range and explain what moves it.
How do you get paid?
Some buyers compensate advisers for introductions. If that could apply to you, we disclose it in writing before any introduction, and nothing moves without your approval. You never pay us for the screen.
What if licensing isn’t right for us?
That’s a good outcome too. You leave with a clear picture of your data, what it’s worth and where AI can create value inside your own company.
